Thanks for filling out my booking request form! Please follow this link to continue to my booking site where you can book a 3 hour appointment slot with me under TATTOO TIME! You will be asked to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Deposits help me ensure that when a client has scheduled with me, they are ready to get tattooed and my time and effort will be compensated. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your tattoo upon completion. You can learn more about my booking process and deposit policy on my website. Note that the final cost of your tattoo is variable.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you are required to give at least 48 hours notice. In the event of an emergency, please contact me directly.

Appointments that are no-showed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment is considered a no-show.

Please be advised, I currently work Wednesday through Saturday from 12 pm-6 pm. If you are not able to schedule an appointment within my regular booking hours, please reach out to me directly before leaving a deposit.
